Roaster's coffee is born of passion. It's a living coffee, driven by sometimes changing meteorological and geopolitical conditions. At Torrefactory, we respect these conditions while also working in direct trade with small producers. This enables us to maintain a certain degree of control over sourcing and strengthen our ties with the producers preferred by our consumers... and the planet.

Our vision for the future

As Torrefactory grows, so does our awareness of the challenge of staying close to our customers and partners. Our corporate culture reflects these values; our ceremoniously observed coffee breaks surely have something to do with it. We're developing in the same spirit as when we started in the summer of 2017. Our roaster's coffee is prepared in small batches of 15 kg of green coffee beans, to keep a close eye on our production.
