1. DELIVERY CHARGES

Torrefactory currently serves 3 countries: Belgium, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and France. Delivery costs are calculated according to the country:

🇧🇪 Belgium:

Order less than 39€ : 5,90€ for delivery in relay point via Bpost

Order over 39€ : delivery in relay point via Bpost offered

Order less than 49€ : 6,90€ for home delivery via Bpost

Order over 49€ : free home delivery via Bpost

Ǳ🇺 Luxembourg:

Order under 49€: 7,90€ for home delivery via DPD

Orders over 49€: free home delivery via DPD

🇫🇷 France:

Order under 65€: 10,90€ for home delivery via Chronopost

Order over 65€: free home delivery via Chronopost

2. PREPARATION OF YOUR PACKAGES 📦

We know that you are looking forward to a good cup of coffee at home 😄 Our team prepares your orders from Monday to Friday.

All orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are prepared the same day. For orders placed after 4pm, packages will be prepared the next working day.

3. DELIVERY TIMES 📭

We have chosen our carriers to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

For reasons related to the carrier, it is possible that the delivery times mentioned below are extended, especially during busy periods (Christmas, Black Friday, sales, ...).

In case of delays, the Torrefactory team will do its best to keep you informed of the new deadlines.

🇧🇪 Belgium:

Delivery in 24 to 48 hours (all regions)

Ǳ🇺 Luxembourg:

Delivery in 48 to 72 hours (all regions)

🇫🇷 France:

Depending on the area:

Zone 1: North to Paris: 24 to 48 hours,

Zone 2: Paris to Lyon: 48 to 72 hours,

Zone 3: Lyon to the South : 72 to 96 hours.
