I'm going on vacation, how do I get my coffee delivered?
The subscription allows you to modify the delivery dates, or to skip a delivery if you have too much stock for example.
Can I change my coffee if I don't like it?
Sure. Your subscription is customizable so you can switch to another coffee at any time.
Can I cancel my coffee subscription?
Our coffee subscription is without commitment, you can cancel or adapt your coffee subscription at any time from your account.
What if I need coffee before my next delivery?
No problem, in your account you have an "order now" button to ship your delivery in advance. Using this button will automatically adjust your next deliveries.
How is my coffee subscription delivered?
Your coffee subscription is automatically delivered to your home at the chosen frequency. If your renewal falls on the weekend, your order will be shipped on Monday. Delivery is offered to you under the same conditions as for normal orders (from 39€ in Belgium).
How do I pay for my coffee subscription?
A credit card is required to purchase a coffee subscription (prepaid and e-credit cards accepted)
