Slow Coffee Workshop

Dive into the world of gentle methods and discover how to vary the pleasures of filter coffee. This step-by-step workshop will help you understand the different extraction principles, learn how to choose the right equipment and experiment with several techniques at home (V60, French Press, Aéropress, Origami, Hario Switch, Chemex, etc.).

 

You'll explore in detail the technical gestures and the many parameters (water quality and temperature, grinding precision, etc.) that influence the result in the cup, and learn how to adjust them to suit your tastes.

Finally, you'll leave with the inspiration and practical keys to creating your own slow coffee ritual at home.

Yes, it is possible to offer a coffee workshop with a Torrefactory gift card. The person can then choose a theme and a date of their choice.
Is there a minimum entry level?
Unless explicitly mentioned in the event description, Torrefactory's coffee workshops are open to everyone, from beginners to the more experienced. No prior knowledge of coffee is necessary.
Do I need to bring any equipment?
Torrefactory will provide you with all the materials you need to take part in the workshops.
Can I organize a private workshop?
