What you can return:
Accessories and machines: All brewing equipment (coffee makers, grinders, cups, etc.) provided it is intact, unused, and in its original packaging.
Coffee and perishable products (subject to conditions): For hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been opened after delivery. Your coffee packages must therefore be strictly unopened and sealed.
