This coffee is grown in Tapachula, in the highlands of Chiapas. It is a well-balanced coffee with an attack on the palate marked by a light acidity and notes of white fruit. It then distills a round and silky body marked by slight hints of sweet spices.

Do you offer coffee in capsules?
At Torrefactory, we have chosen not to offer coffee in capsules. Our coffees are available in beans or in grinds adapted to most gentle methods, for a qualitative and ecological coffee ☕️

How do I store my coffee?
