About this café
Grown in the volcanic highlands around Popayán, in the Cauca region, this coffee benefits from fertile soils and a stable climate all year round.
The coffee is hand-picked, washed and then dried in a greenhouse, guaranteeing consistent quality while preserving the specific characteristics of local varieties.
The sugarcane decaffeination process respects the flavor of the beans while removing 99.99% of the caffeine. In the cup, the result is round and gourmet, with biscuity notes of spice and maple syrup, enhanced by a delicate hint of walnut.

Meet the producer
Our coffee is sourced from Racafé, one of Colombia's largest exporters, committed through its CRECER charter to promoting sustainable and responsible practices.
The program raises producers' awareness of the need to preserve natural resources, improves coffee growers' quality of life through fair remuneration, and offers training to raise coffee quality. In the Cauca region, over 93,000 families grow Arabica coffee on small plots of land, perpetuating an ancestral know-how at the heart of a territory with multiple cultural identities.
