About this café
Grown in agroforestry in the mountains of Santander, this coffee reflects a strong commitment to the environment and local communities.
The coffee trees are protected by three strata of shade made up of around 15 different tree species, which promotes biodiversity and preserves the soil.
The compost used is 100% organic, made from a mixture of vegetable waste, chicken droppings and filtered wastewater. Despite the moderate altitude, the cup is full of character: medium acidity, round body, and lingering notes of cocoa, yellow fruit and caramel.
