About this café

Grown in the volcanic highlands around Popayán, in the Cauca region, this coffee benefits from fertile soils and a stable climate all year round.

The unique cane sugar decaffeination process uses natural cane extract to remove caffeine without altering the flavor. In the cup, the result is round and silky, with intense notes of spice and sugar, enhanced by a delicate hint of walnut.

The coffee is hand-picked, washed and then dried in a greenhouse, guaranteeing consistent quality while preserving the specific characteristics of local varieties.

In the Cauca region, over 93,000 families grow Arabica coffee on small plots of land, perpetuating an ancestral know-how at the heart of a territory with multiple cultural identities.
