Perfect to taste and appreciate a pure moment of grace, when you allow yourself to have this "coffee" moment. Smoked and swallowed consciously allows this coffee to take its place. Nathalie.

Coffee moderately appreciated

Taste in coffee (as in other foods and/or drinks) is highly subjective!
That's why we can't say whether a coffee is good or bad, as other people may well enjoy a coffee we don't like and vice versa.
I would say for this particular coffee, that we don't like it enough to make us want to buy it again.
I don't have any particular characteristics to mention, it's a general impression.

I like Honduras

The Honduras has a nice intensity, I would say 'it is long in the mouth' (even if this is a criterion for the wine), without excessive bitterness.
