How do I choose my office coffee machine?

Can I test the coffee machine?

Of course you can! You can come and see and try out the models at our Mont-Saint-Guibert showroom with the Torrefactory team. We also do free machine tests with coffee in your company.

Are your machines available for purchase or rental?

At Torrefactory, we offer both options. It's possible to buy a machine and take out a contract for machine maintenance, or lease the machines with an all-in-one solution.

What is included in your contracts?

Everything is included in the rental agreement. Torrefactory provides the maintenance products and intervenes on the machine in case of problems. If your machine has a major problem, we will replace it at no extra cost.

What other products do you offer?

Torrefactory also offers everything you need for a coffee break in your company: coffee beans or ground coffee, tea, cups, sugar, etc.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your Torrefactory subscription online in just a few clicks. Via your customer portal, you can modify your coffee subscription, consult your invoices, place one-off orders, etc. in just a few moments.
